POSITION:              Accounting and Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:      

Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts to improve profit margins. Direct, prepare and execute internal and external Statutory audits to ensure compliance. Prepare and execute tax audits and Quarterly/Yearly direct and indirect tax returns. Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses and working Capital management.

Analyze company's  financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows and summarize financial status. Develop and manage business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures. Supervise maintenance of book sales, purchases, and expense entries for every gas station location for our company. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned. Support month-end and year-end close process. Perform Fixed assets management with proper documentation. Handle secured and confidential paperwork and meet with senior-level executives on daily basis to steer company finances in the right direction.

EXPERIENCE/

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s or foreign academic equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.  Experience with Quickbooks, Oracle Finance, Microsoft Excel required.
